Die Themen der zur Verfügung stehenden Unterrichtsstunden richten sich nach dem Religionsbuch für die zweite Klasse. In der Zeit, in der ich mein Praktikum machte, haben wir drei größere Themenkomplexe behandelt. Der erste Bereich war die Geschichte von Josef und seinen Brüdern, die zu dem Oberthema „Miteinander leben – füreinander da sein“ gehörte. Der zweite Themenbereich hieß „Auf Weihnachten warten – Freude erleben“, wozu der Weg der Maria zählte, der in der Geburt Jesu seine Endstation gefunden hat. Nach Weihnachten haben wir uns dann mit dem Thema „Von der Hilfe Jesu erfahren – sich auf seine Hilfe einlassen“ beschäftigt, zu dem u. a. die Jesusgeschichten zählten.
Während meines Praktikums habe ich zwei Unterrichtsstunden gehalten, wobei die erste Stunde seine Zuordnung bei dem Weg der Maria fand. Es handelte sich hierbei um die Geburt Jesu. Meine zweite Stunde, die die Grundlage für die Didaktische Analyse darstellen soll, hat sich mit der Heilung eines Gelähmten beschäftigt. Sie findet ihre Zuordnung im dritten großen Themenkomplex in den Geschichten über Jesus.

Aufgrund des Mangels an Literatur über Baeumler, sind vor allem drei Bücher für die Bearbeitung des Themas relevant geworden, die im Abschnitt Literaturbestand näher erläutert werden. Die Arbeit konzentriert sich abschnittsweise stark an diesen Werken, unternimmt jedoch einen ernsthaften Versuch, ein weitestgehend unabhängiges Bild Baeumlers zu entwerfen. Dieses Vorhaben ermöglicht eine der Monographien, Marianne Baeumlers „Thomas Mann und Alfred Baeumler“, welches Originaltexte von beiden Schriftstellern enthält. Die Werke Baeumlers werden zur Meinungsfindung nicht mit herangezogen, da sie zum einen zum Zeitpunkt des Verfassens der Arbeit bis auf „Studien zur deutschen Geistesgeschichte“ nicht zu bekommen waren und zum anderen die oben genannten Bücher insgesamt eine inhaltlich umfangreich Zusammenfassung bieten. Wegen des begrenzten Umfanges dieser Arbeit kann es nicht Aufgabe sein, das Werk Baeumlers eingehend zu erforschen und zu beurteilen. Stattdessen sollen die wichtigsten Aussagen der Werke aus der NS-Zeit hier wiedergegeben und wenn möglich bewertet werden. Des weiteren ist es von besonderem Interesse zu schildern, welcher Gestalt Baeumlers Teilhaftigkeit am Nationalsozialismus war. Die Quintessenz soll zusammenfassend darstellen, welchen Charakters Baeumler gewesen ist und warum er sich mit den politisch Rechten eingelassen hat.

Zunächst wird die theoretische Basis dieser Arbeit - der Neo-Institutionalismus - dargelegt, wobei hier der Schwerpunkt auf die grundlegenden Ansätze von Meyer, Rowan und DiMaggio, Powell gelegt wird. Diese makro-institutionalistischen Ansätze eigenen sich besonders für die Untersuchung der Chancengleichheit am Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe, weil sie den Einfluss gesellschaftlicher Erwartungen auf die Gestaltung von Organisationen analysieren. Im darauf folgenden Abschnitt wird der geschichtliche Hintergrund sowie das daraus resultierende Rollenverständnis und Frauenbild unserer Zeit vorgestellt. Dessen Darstellung ist wichtig, um zum Teil immer noch bestehende Rollenzuweisungen zu den Geschlechtern und die daraus resultierende Chancenungleichheit besser verstehen zu können. Auch das Verständnis und die Beurteilung des Status quo der Frauen in Wissenschaft und Forschung und die sich daraus ergebenden Spannungsfelder werden dadurch erleichtert. Ein weiterer großer Einflussfaktor auf das Thema Chancengleichheit sind die gesetzlichen Regelungen, deren Ziel die Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern in allen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen ist. Die wichtigsten internationalen und nationalen Regelungen werden im Abschnitt 4.1 dargelegt. Das Ziel der Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern wird vor allem seit der Implementierung des Konzepts des Gender Mainstreaming in alle Politikbereiche verstärkt vorangetrieben. Deshalb wir es auch in dieser Arbeit näher betrachtet. Zur Umsetzung dieses Konzepts dienen u. a. auch das Total-E-Quality-Prädikat sowie die Förderung familienfreundlicher Maßnahmen. Als Abschluss für die organisationsübergreifenden Maßnahmen wird der Sinn und Zweck von Frauennetzwerken dargestellt. Auf der Ebene einzelner Organisationen werden mögliche Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Chancengleichheit beschrieben. Hierbei wird im Detail auf das Konzept des Mentoring, auf Programme zur speziellen Förderung weiblicher Mitarbeiter und Maßnahmen zur besseren Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf eingegangen. [...]

Andererseits macht man der konkreten Ethik ihr mangelnder Einfluß gerne zum Vorwurf. Hinweise dafür gibt es genügend. Die Verwicklungen von Industrieunternehmen im Golf-Krieg sind beispielhaft. Der ganze Konflikt in der Region war von Anfang an für viele Industriezweige ein Spiel mit hohem Risiko und geringer ethischer Reflexion, aber mit großen finanziellen Gewinnchancen. Die Unternehmen wie die Regierungen hätten die Konsequenzen solchen Handelns anhand folgender moralischer Regel in der Bibel ablesen können: "Gib dem Guten, nicht aber dem Bösen, unterstütze den Demütigen, gib nicht dem Hochmütigen! Rüste ihn nicht mit Kampfwaffen aus, sonst greift er dich selbst mit ihnen an. Doppeltes Übel trifft dich [in der Zeit der Not] für all das Gute, das du ihm getan hast." Bereits im 1. Jhdt. v. Chr. wußte man also um mögliche Aus- und Rückwirkungen bestimmten Verhaltens und stellte deshalb entsprechende Regeln auf. Nichtsdestoweniger wurden und werden sie mißachtet. Die Befolgung solcher Regeln ist heute noch schwieriger geworden. Die immer komplexer werdende Struktur der modernen Lebenswelt, die große Reichweite menschlicher Verfügungsgewalt und die Vernetzheit ihrer Folgelasten verringern die Aussicht auf eine eindeutige Zuweisung von Verantwortlichkeiten. So scheint es nur zu legitim, sich einem ethischen Einfluß zu entziehen.

Verhalten, Note: 12, Niedersächsische Fachhochschule für Verwaltung und Rechtspflege Hildesheim, 19 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Nach dem Zusammenbruch des Dritten Reiches und dem Ende des Nationalsozialismus wurde die Bundesrepublik Deutschland gegründet. Die bittere Erfahrung der vorausgegangenen Diktatur lehrte, dass eine Demokratie nur bewahrt werden kann, wenn die Geltung von Grundrechten gewährleistet ist. Am 23.05.1949 trat das Grundgesetz in Kraft. Es garantiert die in der freiheitlich demokratischen Grundordnung verankerten Grundrechte. Diese Verfassung gewährleistet bis zum heutigen Tage den Fortbestand der Demokratie und somit ein friedliches Zusammenleben aller Bürgerinnen und Bürger in Deutschland. Schutz und Wahrung der Demokratie ist Aufgabe des Staates. Die Bekämpfung von Faktoren, die diese Demokratie untergraben, aushebeln bzw. ersetzen wollen, gehört zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben des Staates. Zu diesen Faktoren gehören unter anderem der Rechtsradikalismus bzw. der Rechtsextremismus, deren Weltbild von nationalistischen und rassistischen Anschauungen geprägt wird. Ihr eindeutiges Ziel ist es, die bestehende Demokratie durch ein autoritäres, mit der freiheitlich – demokratischen Grundordnung nicht konformes Führungssystem zu ersetzen.


Doch wie sind Rechtsradikalismus und Rechtsextremismus entstanden und wo genau liegen die Unterschiede zwischen diesen beiden Begriffen? Gibt es ein Gefälle rechtsradikaler bzw. –extremer Gesinnung zwischen Ost- und Westdeutschland? Wenn ja, woran kann man dies erkennen? Wie ist es möglich, zum einen für den Staat, zum anderen für die Gesellschaft allgemein, diesen Tendenzen entgegen zu treten? Ist es Menschen, die in rechtsextreme oder –radikale Kreise gelangt sind, überhaupt möglich, diese wieder zu verlassen? Welche Aufgabe hat die Polizei zum einen bei der Prävention, zum anderen bei der Bekämpfung rechtsradikaler Tendenzen? Mit diesen Themen wird sich meine Hausarbeit im Folgenden beschäftigen. Ich werde versuchen, Antworten auf die o.g. Fragen zu finden und Lösungswege aufzuzeigen.

Die Rechtsprechung befindet sich im Wandel und kann für die Abschlussprüfer weitreichende, unter Umständen existenzielle Konseque nzen haben. Im Rahmen dieser Seminararbeit werden zunächst die Probleme erläutert, die sich bei der Ermittlung der Pflichten des AP ergeben. Diese treten sowohl bei der Entwicklung der Pflichten aus den Grundsätzen ordnungs mäßiger Abschlussprüfung als auch bei der Anwendbarkeit im Haftungsfall auf. Es wird in diesem Zusammenhang auf die interpretationsbedürftigste Pflicht des AP - die Pflicht zur Gewissenhaftigkeit - umfassender eingegangen. Der Hauptteil der Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Haftung des AP gegenüber den auftraggebenden Unternehmen und gegenüber geschädigten Dritten. Genauer eingegangen wird auf die Konsequenzen der Begrenzung der Haftungssumme bei Schadenersatzansprüche n der Auftraggeber und deren Relevanz bei der Haftung gegenüber Dritten. Im Rahmen der Haftung gegenüber Dritten liegt der Fokus auf den möglichen Anspruchsgrundlagen und im speziellen auf den aktuellen Entwicklungen der Dritthaftung in Deutschland und deren möglichen gravierenden Konsequenzen für den Berufstand des AP.
