Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2005 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulwesen, Bildungs- u. Schulpolitik, Note: 2,3, University of Sheffield, 8 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen meiner Hausarbeit möchte ich einen Überblick über die Bildungssysteme einiger bei PISA erfolgreicher Staaten geben. Dabei konzentriere ich mich auf einen Vergleich Deutschlands mit den Ländern Finnland, Kanada und Südkorea. Diese Staaten werden nach ihrem erfolgreichen Abschneiden in beiden PISA-Studien als „Klassensieger“ bezeichnet. Vor allem Deutschland zeigt nach dem eigenen eher bescheidenen Abschneiden ein großes Interesse an den Bildungssystemen der Siegerstaaten. Liegt doch die Vermutung nahe, dass das sehr gute Ergebnis anderer Staaten auf das System zurückzuführen ist in dessen Rahmen Bildung passiert. Die Tatsache dass die Siegerstaaten unterschiedliche Bildungssysteme haben spricht jedoch gegen die Idee, es gäbe ein Bildungssystem das allen Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Vielmehr spielen anscheinend auch die Einstellung der Bevölkerung und der Eltern zur Bildung eine Rolle, aber auch andere kulturelle und gesellschaftliche Besonderheiten eines Landes. Trotzdem hat die Frage nach einem effektiven Bildungssystem ihre Berechtigung. Daher möchte ich die Bildungssysteme der genannten Länder vorstellen ohne dabei genauer auf die einzelnen Testergebnisse einzugehen. Ich konzentriere ich mich auf die Komponenten Schulsystem, Lehrerbildung und Qualitätssicherung. Ich habe diese Kriterien gewählt, da ich sie für die aussagekräftigsten halte. Außer Acht lasse ich deshalb auch finanzielle oder verwaltungstechnische Besonderheiten.
