Dies gilt auch für die Interne Kommunikation. Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte sind Teil der Gesellschaft und erleben deren Entwicklung. Dieser Einfluss verschwindet nicht mit dem Beginn des Arbeitstages. Die Veränderungen werden in die Firma getragen, und damit auch Erwartungen, Handlungsmuster und Wertansprüche. Aber nicht nur die Umwelt ändert sich, auch in den Unternehmen finden viel schneller und häufiger Veränderungen statt. Aufbau von neuen Abteilungen, Werksschließungen, Fusionen etc. sind jedoch Fälle, die geplant werden können. Veränderungen von außen entwickeln sich. Die Unternehmensführung und besonders die Unternehmenskommunikation müssen diese Entwicklungen immer berücksichtigen, denn nur unter Einbeziehung aller Umstände kann erfolgreiches Change Management betrieben werden. Change Management bedeutet aber, dass sich die Menschen, und nicht die Unternehmen ändern. Der Wandel soll in den Personen stattfinden. Demnach ist immer eine intensive Auseinandersetzung mit den Bedürfnissen aller Beteiligten eines Veränderungsprozesses notwendig. In der vorliegenden Arbeit setze ich mich mit der Veränderung des emotionalen Profils der Deutschen und der Auswirkung auf die Veränderungskommunikation auseinander. Bisher in der Öffentlichkeit nicht thematisierte Bereiche, wie Emotionen werden zunehmend Gegenstand der Forschung. Dabei werden die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Organisation und individuellen Gefühlen analysiert. Ein Aspekt des Umbruchs in Werten und Verhalten ist die Veränderung des emotionalen Profils der Deutschen.
