Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensethik, Wirtschaftsethik, Note: 1,3, Evangelische Fachhochschule Rheinland-Westfalen-Lippe, Veranstaltung: Leitung und Führung von Non-Profit-Organisationen, 13 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Fast alle Bereiche unserer Gesellschaft sind zur Zeit auf Sparkurs ausgerichtet. Große Unternehmen versuchen ihr Produkte möglichst preisgünstig zu produzieren, meist auf Kosten der Angestellten und des Wirtschaftsstandorts Deutschland. In der Politik wird u.a. im Bereich der Sozialleistungen, z.B. Nullrunde bei den Renten, aber auch bei den öffentlichen Zuschüssen, z.B. zur Jugendarbeit, gespart. Auch christliche Einrichtungen, wie CVJM und Gemeinden sind von der Finanznot betroffen. Hier fallen wichtige öffentliche Zuschüsse weg. Fördervereine, Fundraising und Sponsoring werden in diesem Zusammenhang immer wichtiger. Auch auf diesem Spenden- und Sponsoringmarkt ist ein Konkurrenzkampf ausgebrochen. Wie sollen Einrichtungen, den Umfang und die christliche Qualität ihrer Arbeiten mit sinkenden Einnahmen und steigender Ausgabenbelastung gewährleisten? Vor diesem Problem stehen zahlreiche kleinere CVJM, Gemeinden und andere Einrichtungen, aber auch große überregionale Träger, wie u.a. der CVJM-Gesamtverband. Konsequenz müsste eine strikte wirtschaftliche Orientierung sein, d.h. beispielsweise Einkauf beim günstigsten Anbieter, Einsparungen im Personalbereich und Fokussierung auf wirtschaftlich besser gestellte Arbeitsbereiche, z.B. auf die in letzter Zeit stärker geförderte Schulsozialarbeit. Christliche Einrichtungen müssen sich dabei die Frage stellen, in welchem Maße diese wirtschaftliche Orientierung christlich-ethisch vertretbar ist. Dazu ein paar Beispiele: Darf eine christliche Einrichtung aus ethischer Sicht Vollzeitstellen streichen und durch geringfügige Beschäftigungsverhältnisse, die in den Lohnkosten und Sozialbeiträgen bedeutend günstiger sind, ersetzen? Ist es für solche Einrichtungen ethisch vertretbar ihre missionarischen Angebote zu Gunsten gut bezuschusster Aufgaben, wie z.B. Offene Türen oder Schulsozialarbeit, stark zu reduzieren? Wie steht es mit dem Materialeinkauf bei globalisierten Discountern, die ihre geringen Preise durch Marktverdrängungen und Niedriglöhne erreichen können? Unter diesen Voraussetzungen stehen auch grundlegende christliche Werte, wie z.B. Ehrlichkeit, in Frage. Die Versuchung, bspw. bei der Abrechnung öffentlicher Zuschüsse sog. „Tricks“ anzuwenden oder notwendige Reparaturen auch durch Schwarzarbeit durchführen zu lassen, ist groß. Vor allem geht es dabei um Nächstenliebe. [...]
