Sie geht dabei auf die formellen Gegebenheiten, die Kommunikation sowie das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter untereinander, gegenüber Vorgesetzten und Kunden ein. Aufgabe der Corporate Identity ist es, die Unternehmensziele zu kommunizieren und das Unternehmen in einem geschlossen Konzept darzustellen. In diesem Punkt tritt nicht nur die Marketingabteilung in Erscheinung, die sich auf das Corporate Design Manual bezieht und die äußere Erscheinung des Unternehmens mit Hilfe von Firmenlogos, Plakaten, Werbeslogans usw. anpasst, sondern auch die Personalabteilung. Sie stellt den Anlaufpunkt für Mitarbeiter dar und ist als Schnittstelle zwischen Mitarbeiter, Führungskraft und Betriebsrat zu sehen. Da die Unternehmensidentität den Mitarbeiter zusätzlich motivieren kann indem sich dieser mit ihr identifiziert, ist es besonders wichtig die personalwirtschaftlichen Aspekte der Corporate Identity zu betrachten. Zielsetzung der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, die personalwirtschaftlichen Aspekte der Corporate Identity zu erfassen. Hierfür ist im zweiten Kapitel zunächst ein grundlegendes Verständnis für die weiteren Ausführungen zu entwickeln, indem die Begriffe Corporate Identity und Personalpolitik definiert und inhaltlich erläutert werden. Aufbauend auf die gewonnen Erkenntnisse wird im dritten Kapitel auf die betriebliche Personalpolitik eingegangen, die entsprechend der Corporate Identity gestaltet werden muss, um eine Einheit innerhalb des Unternehmens sicher zu stellen. Im vierten Kapitel wird insbesondere auf das Commitment eingegangen, welches die Bindung des Mitarbeiters zum Unternehmen beschreibt. Im Bereich Personalwirtschaft ist als weiterer wichtiger Punkt das Führungsverhalten zu nennen, welches Inhalt des fünften Kapitels darstellt. Eine Führungspersönlichkeit hat direkten Kontakt zu seinen Mitarbeitern und ist dem entsprechend auch in die Umsetzung der Corporate Identity involviert. Da die Wahl des richtigen Führungsstils sehr wichtig ist, habe ich diese Thematik in meine Hausarbeit mit einbezogen. In Verbindung dazu gehe ich auch auf die Führung und Zusammenarbeit speziell bei einem Energieversorger ein.
