Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Deutsch - Pädagogik, Didaktik, Sprachwissenschaft, Note: 2,0, Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover (Studienseminar Hannover), 21 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Fokus dieser Arbeit steht die handlungs- und produktionsorientierte Auseinandersetzung mit dem Märchen "Hänsel und Gretel" der Gebrüder Grimm, welche ich in einer Unterrichtseinheit in einer 5. Klasse einer Förderschule Schwerpunkt geistige, körperliche und motorische Entwicklung durchgeführt habe.
Die Beschäftigung mit dem Unterrichtsgegenstand "Märchen" wird in dieser Einheit mit handlungs- und produktionsorientierten Verfahren erfolgen und soll die Schüler ganzheitlich mit dem Kopf, dem Herzen, den Händen und allen Sinnen fördern und ihr Interesse an literarischen Texten wecken (vgl. Jank & Meyer 1994, 355f).
Im Vordergrund wird dabei die Beantwortung folgender Fragestellung stehen:
"Ist der handlungs- und produktionsorientierte Literaturunterricht für eine 5. Klasse einer Förderschule Schwerpunkt geistige, körperliche und motorische Entwicklung geeignet?"
Im ersten theoretischen Kapitel soll zunächst eine Begriffsklärung des handlungs- und produktionsorientierten Literaturunterrichts erfolgen. Nachfolgend werden Merkmale und mögliche Verfahren aus dem handlungs- und produktionsorientierten Repertoire aufgezeigt. Abschließend sollen Gemeinsamkeiten zwischen einer Didaktik für geistig, körperlich und motorisch beeinträchtigte Kinder und dem Konzept des handlungs- und produktionsorientierten Literaturunterrichts herausgestellt werden.
Im zweiten theoretischen Kapitel dieser Arbeit erfolgt eine Klärung des Begriffs "Märchen", wobei das Volksmärchen und deren Merkmale im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtungen stehen. Weitere Priorität soll auf die Behandlung von Märchen im Deutschunterricht einer Förderschule Schwerpunkt geistige, körperliche und motorische Entwicklung gelegt werden.
Kapitel 3 erfüllt die Intention, Entscheidungen im Hinblick auf die Planung der Unterrichtseinheit zu verdeutlichen. Es erfolgen zuerst allgemeine Angaben zur Lerngruppe und zu den individuellen Lernvoraussetzungen der Schüler, die für die Aufstellung von Förderschwerpunkten relevant sind. Im Anschluss an die Schülerbeschreibungen werden die Ziele und der tabellarische Aufbau der Unterrichtseinheit aufgezeigt sowie Überlegungen zur Sache und zu den didaktisch-methodischen Entscheidungen der Einheit angestellt.
Im Vordergrund des vierten Kapitels stehen die ausführliche Dokumentation und Reflexion von drei ausgewählten Unterrichtssequenzen. In der abschließenden Gesamtreflexion sollen die aufgestellten Lernziele und das didaktisch-methodische Vorgehen reflektiert werden.

Nur ein geringer Teil der Versicherten möchte erst mit Vollendung des 65. Lebensjahres oder mit einer für ihn früheren maßgebenden Altersgrenze die Rente gezahlt bekommen.
Eine für den Versicherten frühere maßgebende Altersgrenze kann erreicht werden, wenn dieser noch besondere zusätzliche Voraussetzungen erfüllt, nämlich die sogenannten Vertrauensschutztatbestände. Wird die Rente mit dieser Altersgrenze oder mit der Vollendung des 65. Lebensjahres bewilligt, erhält der Versicherte seine Rente grundsätzlich in voller Höhe, d.h. er muss keine Abschläge in Kauf nehmen. Anders sieht es bei der vorzeitigen Inanspruchnahme aus. Hier bekommt der Versicherte zwar auch eine Rente gezahlt, jedoch muss er für jeden vorzeitig in Anspruch genommen Kalendermonat einen dauerhaften Abschlag in Kauf nehmen. De facto bekommt er lebenslang eine niedrigere Rente gezahlt. Aufgrund dieser Problematik fühlten sich viele Versicherte zum einen in der Verneinung des Vorliegens eines Vertrauensschutzes durch den Versicherungsträger und zum anderen in ihren Grundrechten verletzt. Somit versuchten sie ihre Rechte bei Gericht durchzusetzen, auch bis zur Instanz des Bundessozialgerichts. Selbst die Senate des Bundessozialgerichts sind sich bei der Entscheidung über diese Problematik nicht einig, so hält z. B. der 5. und 13. Senat die Vertrauensschutzregelungen für verfassungsgemäß und der 4. Senat hält sie für verfassungswidrig. Deshalb beschäftigt sich diese Arbeit mit der Rechtsprechung des Bundessozialgerichts zu den Rentenabschlägen bei vorgezogener Altersrente. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit soll es sein, die Entscheidungen des Bundessozialgerichts anhand mehrerer Urteile zu nennen und diese zu analysieren. Dabei bilden die Urteile des 5. und 13. Senats den Schwerpunkt und es werden die Gründe, die der 4. Senat für den Vorlagebeschluss angebracht hat, vorgestellt.

Die über hundert spanischsprachigen Fernsehsender und Radiostationen in den Vereinigten Staaten sowie Schilder in Läden von Los Angeles bis New York mit “Aquí se habla español” zeugen davon, dass Spanisch längst zur zweiten Sprache der USA aufgestiegen ist. Immer mehr Unternehmen und Politiker erkennen die Bedeutung der Hispanos als Markt bzw. Wählerschaft. Das sollten sie auch, denn aufgrund hoher Geburtenrate und anhaltender Immigration sind die Hispanos die am schnellsten wachsende Bevölkerungsgruppe der Vereinigten Staaten. Experten schätzen, dass ihre Zahl bis 2050 auf etwa 102,6 Millionen ansteigt (Bevölkerungsanteil von 24 %). Diese Gemeinschaft ist jedoch keineswegs einheitlich. About the Author
William G. Hyland Jr., a native of Virginia, is the author of In Defense of Thomas Jefferson (2009), nominated for the Virginia Literary Award, and a professor at Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of the Virginia and New York Historical Societies, serves on the board of directors of the Thomas Jefferson Heritage Society, and has lectured at the National Archives and for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. He lives in Tampa, Florida.

Dedication to a Hero

Mr. Malone spent a great many years on his six volume biography of Jefferson, and it is considered the best. Even after more biographies on Jefferson seem to emerge, year after year, Malone's are the ones that real scholars turn to.

Long Journey with Mr.Jefferson

Mr Hyland like his other great revealing book, "In Defense of Thomas Jefferson, The Sally Hemings Sex Scandal", has tackeled the master of Jefferson research and books, Dumas Malone. We all recognize that Mr Malone is the "dean of all things Jefferson" and author of six volumes on Mr Jefferson. Mr Hyland has been permitted to view and report on Mr Malone's unfinished work and to bring it before the public.

Mr Hyland also has an exciting chapter on the Jefferson-Hemings DNA Study which proved only that "SOME" Jefferson had a match with a descendant of Eston Hemings. All along in my associations with Dr Foster I had urged him to mention the existance of Randolph Jefferson and sons, as possible suspects. He refused my input in his first Nature article (Nov 5, 1998) but acknowledged it in the Jan 7, 1999 issue. Thus, the public became aware that the Jefferson-Hemings match was just SOME Jefferson, possibly Randolph and sons. Later the Eston Hemings family revealed their ancestor to be "a Jefferson uncle or nephew", a reference to Randolph and sons, not Thomas. If this were correct then a match was guaranteed, and it was.

Most Americans laud Jefferson's presidency for the purchase of the Louisiana Territory, which extended the United States westward to the Rocky Mountains, and for the launch of the Lewis and Clark expedition, which journeyed to the Pacific Ocean and back. But critics then and since have blasted Jefferson and his immediate successor, James Madison, for a series of ideologically driven blunders. Jefferson envisioned a largely autarkic nation with yeoman farmers serving as its economic and political backbone. That notion was at odds with an America whose wealth was increasingly gleaned from foreign markets. The Republican policy of wielding partial or complete trade embargos as a diplomatic weapon repeatedly backfired, inflicting grievous damage on America's economy and culminating with an unnecessary war with Britain that was devastating to America's power and wealth, if not its honor.

Despite their philosophical and political differences, Federalists and Republicans alike proved capable enough at the art of power when they headed the nation. They implemented a spectrum of mostly appropriate means, first to win independence and then to consolidate and eventually expand American wealth and territory. Readers today will recognize the roots of red state/blue state conflict in these earliest competing visions of the roots of American power—and of what America might be.

Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Deutsch - Pädagogik, Didaktik, Sprachwissenschaft, Note: 1,0, Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main (Fachbereich 10 Neuere Philologien), Veranstaltung: Hauptseminar: Didaktik der deutschen Sprache, 23 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese von mir erstellte Arbeit beinhaltet das Thema des Kindesmissbrauchs und welche Folgeschäden sich dadurch entwickeln können.
Ich gehe dabei vor allem auf die Lese- und Rechtschreibstörung „Legasthenie“ ein und versuche zu erläutern, welchen Zusammenhang es zwischen Missbrauch und der Lernprobleme beim schulischen Spracherwerb gibt.
Ich erläutere dafür zunächst den Begriff der „Legasthenie“, um einen Überblick zu erhalten.
Um einen Vergleich ziehen zu können, beschreibe ich anschließend den Begriff des „sexuellen Missbrauchs“.
Danach stelle ich heraus, welche Ursachen die Legasthenie haben kann und versuche auch hier die Problematik des sexuellen Missbrauchs einzubinden.
Um ein gutes Gesamtverständnis zu erreichen, erörtere ich anschließend die Diagnostikmöglichkeiten bei Legasthenie und beschreibe dann die Therapiemöglichkeiten, die bei Schulkindern angewandt werden. Zum Schluss versuche ich dann noch ein Fazit zu ziehen, um die Arbeit abzurunden.
