Aus diesem Grund hat in den letzten beiden Jahrzehnten ein rapides Wachstum der Anzahl dieser Partnerschaften stattgefunden. Doch viele Manager sind mit den Ergebnissen unzufrieden. Über 40% der Befragten einer Untersuchung von Littler waren der Meinung, dass F&E-Kooperationen zu steigenden Kosten und einer verminderten Effizienz im Produktentwicklungsprozess führen. Zu einem ähnlichen Ergebnis gelangten Ragatz in einer Studie über F&E-Kooperationen mit Lieferanten. Hier waren fast ein Drittel der Befragten der Ansicht, dass die Ergebnisse der Kooperation hinter den Erwartungen zurück blieben. Andere Autoren gehen sogar von einer Misserfolgsrate von bis zu 60% aus.

Chr., 16 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Geschichtsschreibung ist im Bezug auf die Regierungstätigkeiten der römischen Kaiser sehr unterschiedlicher Auffassung, die in zwei kontroverse Meinungen münden. Während die eine Seite der Historiker von der Passivität der Princeps ausgehen, die nicht von sich aus handelten, sondern erst auf das Begehren von Untertanen und auf Fragen von Beamten hin aktiv wurden und daher der Ansicht sind, dass die Kaiser nur herrschten, aber nicht regierten, sieht die andere Seite eben in diesem Reagieren auf die aktuellen Probleme und Ereignisse im Reich die besondere Aktivität und Effektivität der römischen Regierung. Diese Kontroverse soll nun in dieser Arbeit aufgegriffen werden und anhand eines konkreten Ereignisses untersucht werden. Hierbei wird auf das Ende des 1. Jahrhunderts entwickelte und entstandene Alimentarprogramm zurückgegriffen, um durch die Gründe des Entstehens dieser Institution und deren Weiterentwicklung, sowie Ausbreitung und Laufzeit zu untersuchen, warum und in welcher Weise die Kaiser zu dieser Zeit - hauptsächlich wird hierbei auf Nerva und Trajan eingegangen werden, da sie als die Begründer sowohl der stadtrömischen, als auch der munizipalen alimenta gelten - auf die aktuellen Gegebenheiten bzw. Notstände reagiert haben. Durch die Betrachtung des Alimentarwesens unter diesem Gesichtspunkt, soll nachgewiesen werden, dass der Vorwurf der Passivität, der Auffassung des aktiven Reagierens, als eigentlichem Motor der römischen Regierung, weichen muss.

Jahrhunderts unumstritten (vgl. Stephan/Walter 2004, 11). Zuvor wurde dem Denken lange Zeit der Vorzug gegenüber dem Fühlen gegeben, wobei allerdings übersehen wurde, dass beide psychischen Prozesse untrennbar miteinander verbunden sind. Aufgrund zunehmender Erkenntnisse, insbesondere z.B. in dem neurobiologischen Bereich, finden Emotionen nun immer mehr Anerkennung in den unterschiedlichen wissenschaftlichen Disziplinen, wie Philosophie, Psychologie oder Neuro- und Kognitionswissenschaft. Die Erkenntnis, dass nicht nur die Emotionen von Gedanken, sondern die Wahrnehmung und Gedanken ebenso von Emotionen beeinflusst werden können, gewinnt zunehmend an Akzeptanz.

Die definitorische Unklarheit führt dazu, dass man versucht, sich ein subjektives, eigen erstelltes, aber meist auch ein fehlerhaftes Bild von diesem Begriff zu machen um überhaupt einen Zugang zum Thema zu bekommen. Manche Menschen bilden gleich den Gegensatz , andere kommen auf sprachliche Bilder, die ihnen zum Wort einfallen, beispielsweise ein offenes Gesicht, ein offenes Ohr, eine offene Tür, eine offene Situation. Mit dem Wort verbundene Vorstellungen sind hingegen auch, dass Platz ist für das Denken und die Einstellung von anderen Menschen, außerdem die Möglichkeit Raum zu geben für Veränderungen, für Spannungen, für Widersprüchliches, für Neues oder für Zukünftiges und vieles mehr. Mit dem gegenteiligen Begriff verbindet man dagegen Enge, Abgeschlossenheit, Fertiges oder Festgelegtes. In Bezug auf Schule und Unterricht spiegeln sich im Gegensatz zu die vorgefertigte Systematik und festgeschriebene Methoden wider. Offener Unterricht wird demnach auch meist dem Frontalunterricht gegenübergestellt.
Diese Ungewissheit, die man mit dem Begriff verbindet, ist auch oft die Ursache für die abwehrenden Meinungen der Lehrerschaft. Sie können sozusagen „mit dieser Thematik nichts anfangen“, sehen es als einen Teil der Reformpädagogik und nutzen diese Offenheit als eine spielerische Ergänzung zu ihrem „gewöhnlichen“ Unterricht. Diese Unklarheiten und Fehlschlüsse sollen im Folgenden durch ausführliche Definition des Themengebiets geklärt werden. Die genauen Zuwanderungszahlen für die nächsten Jahre ist nicht vorherzusagen, aber in den letzten Jahren lag die Zahl immer zwischen 100000 und 300000 Menschen. Deutschland entwickelt sich immer mehr zu einer „Einwanderungsgesellschaft“ und muss sich deshalb in Gegenwart und Zukunft mit der Aufgabe konfrontiert sehen, die steigende Zahl der Minderheiten als Teil der Gesellschaft anzuerkennen und unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Chancengleichheit einzugliedern.1Das sächsische Schulgesetz sieht nach § 1 Abs. 1 vor, dass „Der Erziehungs- und Bildungsauftrag [...] durch das Recht eines jeden jungen Menschen auf eine seinen Fähigkeiten und Neigungen entsprechende Erziehung und Bildung ohne Rücksicht auf Herkunft oder wirtschaftliche Lage“ bestimmt wird.Im Rahmen meines Blockpraktikums (A) hatte ich die Gelegenheit die Migration von Schülern in eine sächsische Mittelschule zu beobachten und zu erleben. Mein Interesse am Thema Integration von Schüler mit Migrationshintergrund entstand bereits vor einigen Jahren, da meine ehemalige Mittelschule in Kitzscher (Sachsen) ebenfalls ei ne Schule mit dem „Bildungsauftrag“ der Integration von Schuler mit Migrationshintergrund war. Durch mein Praktikum an der Mittelschule Freital -Wurgwitz, welche ebenfalls diesen „Bildungsauftrag“ hat, wurde das Interesse noch verstärkt und ich entschloss mich mein Wahlthema für den Praktikumsbericht danach zu richten. Diese Hausarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Integration von Schülern mit Migrationshintergrund in einer sächsischen Mittelschule, wobei die 1. Etappe im Vordergrund steht. Ziel dieser Hausarbeit ist es, den Integrationsprozess zu beschreiben und dessen Ablauf in der ersten Etappe in Theorie und Praxis zu betrachten. Diese Hausarbeit wird sich mit der Integration auf der Ebene der Schule befassen und nicht mit der Integrationspolitik der BundesrepublikDeutschland, obwohl die Themen Integrationspolitik und Integration an Schulen eng miteinander verbunden sind. Vordiplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2000 im Fachbereich Philosophie - Epochenübergreifende Abhandlungen, Note: 1,0, Philosophisch-Theologische Hochschule Sankt Georgen in Frankfurt am Main, 48 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Unter dem Titel "Verlust der Persönlichkeit und Profilierung der Person" beschäftigt sich diese Arbeit mit dem Buch "Das Ende der Neuzeit" von Romano Guardini. Sie verfolgt die Linien, die Guardini zieht, vom Mittelalter über die Auflösung der mittelalterlichen Einheit und die Entwicklung der neuzeitlichen Diversifikation und Autonomie bis hin zum diagnostizierten Ende der Neuzeit. Auch Guardinis Zukunftsprognose wird dabei näher betrachtet. Die schon bald nach dem Erscheinen des Buches aufkommende Diskussion über Guardinis "Ende der Neuzeit" wird ebenfalls mit in die Arbeit einbezogen. So werden einzelne Kritikpunkte von Clemens Münster, Walter Dirks und Gerhard Krüger vorgestellt und auch ein erst sehr viel später erschienener Artikel von Michael Theunissen findet Berücksichtigung. Nicht zu vernachlässigen sind die zahlreichen wissenschaftlichen Ausarbeitungen, die über Guardini, über sein Wirken und seine Wirkung, erschienen sind. Hierbei soll unter anderem Bezug genommen werden, auf Eugen Bisers "Interpretation und Veränderung", auf den umfangreichen Band von Hanna-Barbara Gerl-Falkowitz sowie auf Beiträge von Helmut Kuhn, Heinz Robert Schlette, Heinrich Lutz und Joseph F. Schmuckervon Koch. Das Spektrum der Einschätzungen reicht von der positiven Bewertung als treffende Analyse der Neuzeit und prägnanter Deutung der Gegenwart über den Vorwurf einer gewissen Undeutlichkeit und Ungenauigkeit in der historischen Charakteristik bis hin zur Einstufung als "falscher Alarm" bei Theunissen. Interessant wäre auch ein Vergleich von Guardinis "Das Ende der Neuzeit" und den davor oder danach erschienenen Zeitdeutungen von Karl Jaspers "Die geistige Situation der Zeit" (erste Auflage 1931, in späteren Auflagen teilweise überarbeitet), Martin Heideggers "Die Zeit des Weltbildes" (1938) und Hans Blumenbergs "Die Legitimität der Neuzeit" (Ersterscheinungsjahr 1966, später verändert und neu bearbeitet), der im Rahmen dieser Arbeit aber nicht möglich ist. Auf die sehr komplexe Debatte zur Frage "Moderne oder Postmoderne?" kann ebenfalls nicht näher eingegangen werden, obwohl sich zwischen Guardini, der zwar nicht Ausgangs- und Bezugspunkt dieser Debatte ist, und der genannten Problematik doch gewisse Verbindungen erkennen lassen.1Den Abschluß der vorliegenden Arbeit bildet ein zusammenfassendes eigenes Urteil. Zunächst darf aber ein knapper Überblick über Guardinis Leben und Wirken nicht fehlen.
