Dieser Bestandsschutz ist in einem Rundfunkstaatsvertrag geregelt. Mitte der 80er Jahre entstanden in Deutschland private Rundfunkprogramme und das 'duale System' nahm seinen Anfang. Schnell klärten sich die Fronten: öffentlich-rechtlich steht für Bildung, Information, Kultur und gehobene Unterhaltung. Die privaten Rundfunkprogramme stehen für den Verfall derselben, also das genaue Gegenteil. Ihr Maßstab – die Quote – verlangt nach immer extremeren, Grenzen verschiebenden Formaten, die schon lange nicht mehr mit dem öffentlich-rechtlichen Anspruch vereinbar sind. Fatalerweise ist im Laufe der Kommerzialisierung der westlichen Welt der Maßstab des eigenen oder selbst auferlegten Anspruchs weitgehend abgelöst worden, von dem rein monetären Interesse der Quote. Folglich steht die Kultur immer wieder in der Kritik; zwar wird sie gefordert, aber die erforderliche Quote bringt sie nicht. Umso erstaunlicher ist es, wenn dann gerade Alexander Kluge seine gewiss schwer verdaulichen Magazine auf privaten Sendern präsentieren kann.
Die Gründe, wie es dazu kommt und welche Auswirkungen das Aufkommen des Privatfernsehens hatte, wird im dritten Kapitel behandelt. Zuvor gibt es eine kurze biografischen Darstellung des Lebens Alexander Kluges und eine Betrachtung dessen, was er als Filmpolitiker alles erreichen konnte. Dabei wird auch beleuchtet, was Kluge unter Öffentlichkeit, Erfahrung und Authentizität versteht. Diese Vorarbeiten zielen darauf ab die von ihm redaktionell betreuten Magazine vorzustellen, samt ihrer Eigenheiten, die sie zu etwas Besonderem und für das Privatfernsehen eigentlich untauglich machen. Dies geschieht im vierten Kapitel und wird nicht nur deutlich machen, warum Kluges Sendungen nicht in das Profil der Privatsender passen, sondern auch, dass er sich deutlich von den Kultursendungen der öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender absetzt. Im Schlusskapitel mündet das Resumee in der Frage, ob sich die heutige Gesellschaft überhaupt noch Kulturfernsehen in der Prägung Alexander Kluges leisten sollte.

Jeder Mensch beschäftigt sich früher oder später mit den Fragen: „Warum lebe
ich? Was ist der Sinn meiner Existenz? Was ist die Wahrheit?“ Bei diesen Fragen
kann es für viele um Leben und Tod gehen.
Im Rahmen der christlichen Religion bekam die Wahrheitsfrage eine Färbung,
die sich ganz von profanen Varianten unterscheidet. Das Christentum, wie auch alle
anderen Religionen, beansprucht nicht eine Wahrheit zu haben, sondern die Wahrheit
schlechthin. Für die Christen hat die Wahrheit etwas mit ihrem Religionsstifter zu
tun, mit Jesus Christus.
Die Verbindung der Frage nach Wahrheit mit der Person Jesu Christi kann
interessant und aufschlussreich sein. Erstens kann die „christologische Wahrheit“ zu
allgemeinem Wahrheitsverständnis beitragen. Zweitens kann die Beantwortung der
Frage zu einem neuen oder tieferen Christusverständnis führen.
Diese Arbeit zielt darauf, die Voraussetzungen für eine umfangreichere
Forschung einer „Christologie der Wahrheit“ zu schaffen. Die Leitfrage dieser Arbeit
ist: Was sagt das biblische Wahrheitsverständnis über Christus?
Die umfassende Beantwortung dieser Frage verlangt nach detaillierterer
Untersuchung im Gebiet der Christologie.
Die Erstellung einer Wahrheitschristologie ist möglich nur unter Bedingung
ihrer Einordnung in die anderen christologischen Modelle und Systeme. Solch eine
Zielsetzung sprengt den Umfang der Seminararbeit und ist daher nicht zu erwarten.
Diese Arbeit beschränkt sich auf die biblisch-exegetische Forschung und nur
auf die paulinischen Hauptschriften und Johannesschriften. Das Buch Offenbarung,
wegen seiner Komplexität, verlangt nach einer gründlichen Forschung.
In der Arbeit werden folgende Schritte unternommen:
· Erörterung des Wahrheitsbegriffes in der Bibel,
· Zusammenstellung der Aussagen über die Wahrheit, die in den
Zusammenhang mit Christus gebracht werden können,
· Versuch einer Systematisierung der Aussagen und Darstellung eines
Christologie-Modells.

Jahrhundert mit einem großen Gegner zu kämpfen: Der zunehmenden Internationalisierung. Innerhalb der Europäischen Union sind im Gesetzgebungsprozess weitgehende Kompetenzen von der nationalstaatlichen auf die supranationale Ebene verlagert worden. Das diesem Prozess auch Kritik und Ablehnung entgegengebracht wird, zeigt sich nicht zuletzt im negativen Abstimmungsverhalten von Frankreich und den Niederlanden beim Referendum zur EU-Verfassung im Frühsommer 2005. Nur allzu oft wird suggeriert die EU sei ein herzloses bürokratisches Monster, dessen Leib, gleich dem eines Schwarzen Loches jegliche belebte und unbelebte Materie absorbiert und die Luft zum Atmen nimmt. Wenn der Bezugsrahmen des Nationalstaats aufgelöst wird, beziehungsweise seine Relevanz schwindet, wo lässt sich so etwas wie nationale Identität überhaupt noch realisieren? Ähnlich dem uns wohlbekannten gallischen Dorf, das nicht aufhört dem Eindringling Widerstand zu leisten, gibt es einen Bezugsrahmen, in dem der Nationalstaat wenig von seiner alten Rolle eingebüßt hat. Dieser Bezugsrahmen wird durch die Fußballnationalmannschaften gebildet, die eine Unterkategorie des Bereichs Sport sind, gleichsam aber dessen populärstes Beispiel. Auch wenn der Fußballsport selbst von der Globalisierung massiv beeinflusst wird, man denke beispielsweise nur an die Zahl der ausländischen Spieler in der Bundesliga oder die globale Vermarktung einzelner Spieler wie David Beckham, hat sich auf Ebene der Nationalmannschaften ein Konzept erhalten, das geradezu statisch an den Begriff des Nationalstaates gekoppelt ist. Das Recht als Nationalspieler in ein Trikot zu schlüpfen, ist formal gesehen streng an die Staatsangehörigkeit des jeweiligen Landes gebunden. Die Internationalisierung der Lebenswelten ist hier also an einem formalen Kriterium eingeschränkt und bietet Raum um nationale Eigenarten, Vorstellungen, Klischees und bestimmte Symbole, kurz eine nationale Identität aufrecht zu erhalten. Diese These verlangt danach, auf ihren Wahrheitsgehalt hin überprüft zu werden. Und genau damit wird sich diese Arbeit beschäftigen. Im einem ersten Schritt werden die theoretischen Grundlagen geliefert. Ausgangspunkt ist der Ansatz Benedict Andersons, dass Nationen vorgestellte konstruierte Gemeinschaften (imagined communities) sind. About the Author
Annemarie B. Jay is an assistant professor of education at Widener University, where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in reading. Her research interests include early literacy, comprehension, and literacy leadership.

She spent most of her career as a K–12 language arts curriculum coordinator for a large school district. She also served as an elementary principal and as a supervisor of elementary education and federal programs during her 30 years of pubic school experience. A hands-on administrator, Jay spent a significant amount of her time coaching teachers about literacy practices.
Jay is currently the president-elect of the Keystone State Reading Association (KSRA) and also serves on the Long Range Planning Committee. She is also the president of the Delaware County Reading Council, her local council in Pennsylvania, for which she writes a bi-monthly online newsletter.

A reviewer for publications of the International Reading Association and the Keystone State Reading Association, Jay is also a frequent presenter at the local, state, and national levels about literacy teaching and learning.

She is a graduate of the Governor’s Institute on Early Childhood Education. After earning her PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, Jay served as an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania and Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia for many years.

Mary W. Strong is an associate professor in the Center for Education at Widener University, where she currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in literacy and literacy leadership. Prior to coming to Widener University, she taught literacy classes at Iowa State University.

Before entering higher education, she was a classroom teacher and reading specialist at the primary and middle school levels in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. She also served as an elementary school principal for 20 years in West Virginia, and the schools she led won a National Rural and Small Schools Consortium Award and the National Council of Teachers Award for Programs for Schools at Risk.

Strong has given presentations on literacy education at conferences of the International Reading Association, National Reading Conference, College Reading Association, American Education Research Association, National Association of Elementary School Principals, and Association of Childhood Education International. She has had articles published in the Reading Professor, Reading Horizons, Journal of Reading Education, Delta Kappa Gamma Bulletin, and Day Care and Early Childhood. Additionally, she is on the editorial review board of Journal of Literacy Research and the Journal of Adolescent and Adult Literacy.

In other leadership roles, currently she is a member of the International Reading Association’s Bylaws and Resolutions Committee and the former chair of the Teacher Awards and Grants Committee. She is the secretary/treasurer of the Language Experience Special Interest Group of IRA and has served as a board member to that group.

As an active member of the Keystone State Reading Association (KSRA), she is on the editorial review board of Pennsylvania Reads: A Journal of the Keystone State Reading Association and is the chair of the Community Involvement State Committee. She has also served as president of the Pennsylvania Reading Teacher Educators, a special interest group of KSRA. Presently, she is vice president of the Delaware Valley Reading Council.

This book reads like a textbook, but it's a solid resource with lots of interviews with experts in the field. Of course, if you're using it as a textbook, that might not be a bad thing, but I picked it up from my local library to get new ideas to improve my coaching practice. The forms and figures were the most useful part for me.

Juli 2006, 32 Mannschaften die Trophäe zu gewinnen. Aus sportlicher Sicht wünscht sich ganz Deutschland den Gewinn der Weltmeisterschaft.
Jedoch stellt sich zu diesem Großevent die Frage: wie kann das Land sonst noch profitieren? Wie stehen die Chancen, einen wirtschaftlichen Nutzen aus dieser Veranstaltung zu ziehen?
Wirtschaftlich könnte sich für Deutschland die Möglichkeit bieten, sich am eigenen Schopf aus der misslichen Wirtschaftslage, die von Arbeitslosigkeit und minimalem Wirtschaftswachstum geprägt ist, heraus zu ziehen. Hauptsächlich könnte dies durch die Investitionen in WM Spielstädten und einen zusätzlichen Konsumbedarf während der Großveranstaltung möglich gemacht werden. Beflügelt von einer positiven Grundstimmung, einem aufkeimendem Wirtschaftswachstum und einem Imagegewinn für Deutschland bietet sich die ideale Situation für Unternehmensgründungen. In dieser Seminararbeit wird die Frage: welche Chancen bieten sich für Existenzgründer zur WM 2006, untersucht. Alle Ausführungen beziehen sich auf einen Planungs-/ und Realisierungszeitraum mit einem Vorlauf von ca.1-2 Jahre vor der Weltmeisterschaft.

Den Abschluss soll die Vorstellung renaturierender Maßnahmen bilden. Dabei möchte ich einige Regeln aufzeigen, die beachtet werden müssen, um ausgebaute Flüsse wieder in ihren Naturzustand zurückzuführen oder Flüsse naturgemäß auszubauen.

Buch der Discorsi mit der heidnischen Religion der Römer auseinander. Was ihn dabei besonders fasziniert, ist die enge Verknüpfung von Religion und Politik, die er als Ursache für die Expansion des römischen Staates sieht. Anhand exemplarischer Beispiele stellt er vor, wie die Religion zu einem entscheidenden Faktor für die Geschicke der Römer in Innen- und Außenpolitik wurde. Doch Machiavelli geht es nicht ausschließlich darum, die Vergangenheit zu schildern, sondern aus ihr Lehren für die Gegenwart zu ziehen. Deswegen stellt er der heidnischen Religion die römisch-katholische Kirche und die gegenwärtige Situation Italiens bzw. Florenz gegenüber. Welche Zusammenhänge glaubt Machiavelli feststellen zu können? Wie sollte Religion seiner Meinung nach im frühen 16. Jahrhundert funktionieren? Mit diesen Fragen möchte ich mich im folgenden auseinandersetzen. Machiavelli beginnt seine ausführliche Abhandlung der römischen Religion mit der Beschreibung der Amtszeit des zweiten römischen Königs Numa Pompilius. Er bezieht sich dabei
auf Livius, ohne dabei allerdings dessen ausführliche Schilderung des Lebens und der Taten des Königs zu übernehmen. Dass Numa streng religiös erzogen wurde, verschiedene Priesterpositionen gründete oder den Janusbogen baute, bleibt in den Discorsi unerwähnt. Machiavelli ist weder von den verschiedenen Gottheiten noch von den Riten der römischen Religion besonders fasziniert.
Worauf es ihm ankommt ist das, was Numa mit der Einführung der Religion in das römische Leben erreichte. Dies war vor allem ein intaktes Gemeinwesen, denn, wie Livius schreibt, gehorchten nun die Soldaten, das Volk achtete die Sitten und lebte in Eintracht. Gerade der letzte Punkt muss für Machiavelli eine besondere Bedeutung gehabt haben. Schließlich ist die Eintracht des italienischen Volkes, ein italienischer Nationalstaat, sein großer Wunschtraum. Ein funktionierendes Gemeinwesen sieht er dafür als unbedingte Voraussetzung. Der komplexen Schilderung Numas bei Livius entnimmt Machiavelli grundsätzlich zwei Dinge: Zum einen liegt das Verdienst des Königs darin, als erster erkannt zu haben, dass die Religion eine entscheidende Stütze zur Aufrechterhaltung der bürgerlichen Ordnung darstellt. Zum anderen war Numa der erste, der die tiefe Religiosität des Volkes für die politischen Zwecke instrumentalisierte. Der zweite Punkt ist keine Interpretation Machiavellis. [...]

Mit viel Kreativität behandelt sie Themen, die überall auf der Welt von Bedeutung sind, zeigt starke Frauen und Problematiken der Befreiung der Frau aus den gesellschaftlichen und anderen Zwängen.
Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Romanen „Die Verteidigung des Glücks“ von Gioconda Belli und „Emilia“ von Angeles Mastretta. Sie beinhaltet sowohl einen theoretischen (1., 3. Kapitel) sowie einen werkimannenten (2. Kapitel) Teil, wobei die theoretischen Kapiteln sich mit dem Thema „nation building“ und Literatur in Lateinamerika, sowie mit der weiblichen Autobiografie auseinandersetzen. Es wird kurz die Entwicklung der „nation building Literatur“ umrissen und anhand der gegebenen Romane dargestellt, was sich daraus weiter entwickelt hat; außerdem wird skizziert, inwieweit der theoretische Begriff der Nation bei der Frau von heute Anklang findet und ob eine handelnde Revolutionärin, in diesem Fall Gioconda Belli, von denselben Quellen ihre Motivation schöpft, die in der theoretischen Literatur dargestellt sind.
Das zweite Kapitel untersucht vor allem die weiblichen Hauptprotagonistinnen, im Hinblick auf die so wichtigen Aspekte ihres Lebens wie die Freiheit und die Revolution werden die Parallelen und Unterschiede in ihrer Entwicklung und in ihren Charakteren dargestellt. Leider konnte in dieser Arbeit wegen des beschränkten Umfangs nicht auf alle Teilbereiche ihres Lebens eingegangen werden, wie die zum Beispiel Mutterschaft, Beruf und ähnliches. Da die beiden Romane miteinander verglichen werden, wurde vor allem auf jene Thematiken eingegangen, die in beiden Romanen stark präsent sind. Große Aufmerksamkeit wurde vor allem jenen Passagen geschenkt, in welchen die Frau außergewöhnlich für ihr Geschlecht handelt oder lebt, ob als Kämpferin oder Frau zweier Männer.
Im letzten Teil schließlich wird die theoretische Literatur über die von Frauen geschrieben Autobiografien herangezogen und dem autobiografischen Werk „Die Verteidigung des Glücks“ gegenübergestellt. Auch da wird nach Entsprechungen bzw. Widersprüchen gesucht und die „lebendige“ Literatur mit der Theorie verglichen.

Weltkrieg, Note: 2,1, Helmut-Schmidt-Universität - Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg (Professur für Neuere Sozial- und Wirtschaftsgeschichte unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Technikgeschichte und des technologischen Wandels im industriellen Zeitalter), 97 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Firma Krupp hatte schon im Dritten Reich eine lange Tradition, der sie die zweifelhafte Ehre verdankte, als „Waffenschmiede des deutschen Volkes“, „Deutschlands Kanonenkönige“ oder als „Rüstungsschmiede des Reiches“ dargestellt zu werden. Auf deutscher Seite galten Firma und Familie Krupp als vorbildlich und patriotisch, auf der Seite der Gegner als Verkörperung von Hochmut und Angriffsgeist.
Firma und Familie haftete ein „Krupp-Mythos“ an, der unter anderem dazu führte, dass nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg der Inhaber der Firma, Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach stellvertretend für seinen Vater in den Nürnberger Kriegsverbrecherprozessen zu Enteignung und Festungshaft verurteilt wurde, ein Urteil, das obwohl wenige Jahre später aufgehoben, von bemerkenswerter Härte war. Dieses Urteil drückt klar die Überzeugung aus, dass die Industrie, insbesondere die Rüstungsindustrie, einen Teil der Schuld sowohl am Regime als auch am Zweiten Weltkrieg trage. Die Theorien, welche die Industrie und Krupp als Steigbügelhalter Hitlers darzustellen versuchten, wurden nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg weiter gesponnen und trieben ihre wohl farbenprächtigsten Blüten in den Werken William Manchesters, bis sie vor nicht allzu langer Zeit wissenschaftlich wiederlegt wurden. Firma und Familie Krupp haften wohl aufgrund ihrer wechselhaften Geschichte ein Mythos an, der einige Autoren in der Krupp- Dynastie gar nach den Wurzeln des deutschen Nationalcharakters suchen lässt. Im Zuge der seit den 1980er Jahren immer beliebter werdenden mikroökonomischen Studien zur Geschichte des Dritten Reiches ist es an der Zeit, sowohl das von Krupp überlieferte Geschichtsbild als auch die verwandte Methode der Geschichtsschreibung zu hinterfragen. Einen ersten Anstoß in diese Richtung liefert Werner Abelshauser, der durch seine Fragestellung „Krupp-Rüstungsschmiede der Nation?“ darauf hinweist, dass bei genauer Betrachtung des vorhandenen Zahlenmaterials zu Umfang und prozentualem Anteil der im Hause Krupp erzeugten Rüstungsgüter das überlieferte Bild zumindest fraglich wird.

Dieser wiederum bildet schließlich eine entscheidende Voraussetzung für das Entstehen des modernen Kapitalismus, wie er Kennzeichen des Okzidents ist. Grund zu der Annahme gab die These, dass Protestanten oft führende Rollen einnahmen, im Gegensatz zu den Katholiken, bei denen diese Tatsache nicht zu beobachten war. In dem Zusammenhang untersucht er auch Wirtschaftsethiken der Weltreligionen, um Aufschluss darüber zu erlangen, ob deren Gesinnungen die Voraussetzung dafür gaben, dass in anderen Kulturen die Entstehung des modernen Kapitalismus ausblieb. Im folgenden möchte ich nun so vorgehen, dass ich zuerst die „protestantische Ethik“ und den „Geist des Kapitalismus“ nach Weber vorstelle. Dann werde ich zum Haupteil dieser Arbeit kommen, nämlich der Ausarbeitung meines Referatthemas „Konfuzianismus und Taoismus“, und der Schluß beinhaltet die Einordnung des Referatthemas in den Handlungszusammenhang.
