Ziel dieser Seminararbeit ist es, die Umsetzung von EU-Rechtsakte in nationales Recht am Beispiel des Rahmenbeschlusses zum Europäischen Haftbefehl zu untersuchen. Im Anschluss soll auf die Auslieferungspflicht und Reichweite der Schutzrechte Deutscher aus Art.16 Abs. 2 GG im europäischen Rechtsraum eingegangen werden.
