Im an-schließenden Kapitel werden die Gemeinkostenwertanalyse und das Zero-Base-Budgeting als Instrumente des Gemeinkostenmanagements dargestellt. Im darauffolgenden Kapitel werden diese Ansätze anhand ausgewählter Kriterien ausführlich miteinander verglichen und beurteilt. Das letzte Kapitel schließt mit einem Fazit und Ausblick ab.

Jugend- was ist das überhaupt? Wann beginnt diese Lebensphase, wann endet sie? Welche Bedeutung hat sie im Leben eines Menschen und welche Werte werden ihr zugeordnet? Ist das heutige Verständnis von Jugend deckungsgleich mit dem vorangegangener Generationen?
Um einen sinnvollen Überblick zu ermöglichen soll das Thema entsprechend eingegrenzt werden. Zum einen in der zeitlichen Dimension: Behandelt wird der Zeitraum vom ausgehenden Mittelalter bis etwa zum 18. Jahrhundert, wobei der Schwerpunkt der Arbeit auf den gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen der Neuzeit gelagert ist. Des Weiteren ist auch eine räumliche Begrenzung auf das europäische Gebiet im Sinne eines relativ einheitlich christlich geprägten Raumes nötig, da der kulturelle Hintergrund naturgegeben eine große Rolle in Bezug auf gesellschaftliche Veränderungen spielt. Aber auch thematisch ist eine Spezialisierung notwendig: Die Arbeit ist zentriert auf die gesellschaftliche Wahrnehmung von Jugend und den Vorstellungen, die die jeweiligen Zeitgenossen mit dieser Lebensphase verbanden.
Die Jugend ist eine Lebensphase, deren Abgrenzung zu Kindheit und Erwachsensein noch heute teilweise verschwommen scheint. Das war auch in der Wahrnehmung vergangener Jahrhunderte nicht anders und hängt vermutlich mit der individuell unterschiedlichen Entwicklung eines Menschen zusammen. Aus diesem Grund kann man das Thema „Jugend“ nicht behandeln ohne auch die Kindheit und das Erwachsensein anzusprechen. Ebenfalls ist es unmöglich, Jugend jenseits des gesellschaftlichen Gefüges zu besprechen, das diese Lebensphase entscheidend prägt: die Familie.
Die Forschung ist sich weitgehend darüber einig, dass der moderne Jugendbegriff etwa im 17. bis 18. Jahrhundert entstand. Daraus kann man schließen, dass zuvor eine andere Vorstellung von Jugend vorherrschte. Inwiefern veränderte sich diese Auffassung von Jugend und vor allem: warum?
Ziel dieser Arbeit soll es sein, einen Überblick über die Entwicklung der Ansichten über die Phase der Jugend in der Zeit des Übergangs vom Mittelalter zur Moderne zu geben.

Zu diskutieren ist, welche grundsätzlichen Rahmenbedingungen im Anschluss an die so genannte Industriegesellschaft gelten und welche Konsequenzen daraus für die Masse folgen. Nerdinger definiert, dass sich eine Gesellschaftsform überlebt hat, wenn die Prämissen oder Grundsätze, nach denen sie sich entwickelt hat, überholt sind und die gewandelte Gesellschaft als ,,Zerfallsprodukt" der vorherigen Ordnung erscheint.
Ist ein solcher Zerfall geben und wie stellt sich die Gegenwart dar? Ein diskutiertes Modell ist die Dienstleistungsgesellschaft. Bei der Identifizierung ergeben sich allerdings Probleme hinsichtlich der Trennschärfe. Ihren Ursprung findet dies in einer mehrheitlich industriellen Erhebung und Betrachtung. - „Wo ihr ideale Dinge seht, sehe ich - Menschliches, ach Allzumenschliches.“ In diesem Sinne möchte sich die Arbeit von dem Führungsanspruch der dahinter stehenden Eliten nicht beirren lassen und bei der gesellschaftlichen Zukunftssuche „soziales mit Sozialem“ erklären. Soziologisch sei somit festzustellen, dass es Dienstleistungen nicht nur schon immer gab, sie waren in früherer Zeit noch viel verbreiteter.5Aus den angerissenen Dimensionen hat sich bis dato eine große Zahl von Definitionen entwickelt. Die Vielfältigkeit des Begriffes wird deshalb im zweiten Kapitel grob aufgefächert. So sollen aus den ökonomisch geprägten Theorien gesellschaftliche Aspekte und Uraschen herausgeschält werden. Die gewonnen Einsichten werden im dritten Kapitel mit dem Ist-Zustand - sprich Konsequenzenabgeglichen. Bevor eine Bewertung der Situation im vierten Kapitel erfolgt, welches mit einer abgeleiteten These schließt.

Von diesem Zeitpunkt an trieb van Doesburg die Autonomisierung der abstrakten Kunst voran und veröffentlichte ein Jahr vor seinen Tod „Die Grundlagen der konkreten Malerei“ . In diesem Manifest wird derjenige Status eines Bildes impliziert, den W. Kambartel später „die Seins- und Bedeutungsidentität“ nennen wird, was bedeutet, dass in der konkreten Malerei Signifikant und Signifikat innerhalb des Bildes zusammenfallen, oder wie es die Verfasser des Manifestes ausdrücken: „Ein bildnerisches Element bedeutet nur sich selbst; folglich bedeutet das Bild nur sich selbst.“ Diese Radikalisierung der Abstraktion hin zur vollkommenen Selbstreferentialität des Bildes entleert das Kunstwerk zunächst von jeder außerästhetischen Semantik und generiert gleichzeitig die völlige Autonomie der Kunst, da sie erst in der Konkretion im Sinne van Doesburgs auch von den abstrakten Gesetzmäßigkeiten der Natur befreit ist. Vielmehr ist […] die neue Identität gerade die Bedingung für eine ebenso neue Disidentität, die ohne diese Identität nicht vorgestellt werden kann; denn kraft der ihnen selbst innewohnenden Semantik informieren die gegenstandsfreien Farben und Formen über eine außerhalb sowohl des gegenständlichen als auch des gegenstandslosen Bereichs liegende kosmische Wirklichkeit.“ Eben jene „neue Disidentität“ will ich nun anhand von zwei exemplarischen Werken Mondrians aufzeigen, der nicht den Schritt zur radikalen Autonomisierung der Kunst machte wie sein langjähriger Weggefährte van Doesburg. Es stellt sich also die Frage, wie die Bilder Mondrians ihre Selbstidentität auflösen und eine außerästhetische Semantik erzeugen, die zum einen bildimmanent und zum anderen durch die theoretischen Texte Mondrians entsteht. Diese beiden sinnstiftenden Pole sollen nun in der Arbeit getrennt voneinander untersucht werden.

A Small Number of Fantastic Stories

Arreola (1918-2001) has been called Mexico's outstanding 20th century writer of experimental short stories. He began publishing around 1941. His work rejected realism, using elements of fantasy to mock aspects of human nature and convey existentialist themes. His playful humor, erudition and occasional use of the essay-like short story have prompted comparisons with Borges, though he lacked that author's elaborate style or interest in extended metaphysical constructions. A comparison might also be made with the outlook and some of the work of Donald Barthelme.

This book was published in English in 1964. It collected 97 short stories, satirical sketches, fables, vignettes, a bestiary and other writings that Arreola had published in Spanish between 1941 and 1961. Essentially, it followed a similar anthology published in Latin America in 1962.

It was divided into four sections. The first two, a bestiary and the author's shortest pieces, often just half a page in length, could be skipped with minimal loss, in my opinion. It was the works in the last two sections that showed him at his most creative.

These stories were short, from 2-7 pages. The best of them were original and sharply told, showing people incisively in all their irrationality and absurdity, often with satirical or other humor.

In one of the earliest, most serious pieces, "God's Silence" (1943), a narrator wrote to God asking for some sign of reassurance: "I see men all around me leading hidden, inexplicable lives. I see children drinking in contaminated words, and life, like a criminal nurse, feeding them with poisons. I see people who dispute the eternal words, who are called the favorite and the chosen. Across the centuries one sees hordes of bloodthirsty and imbecilic people; then suddenly here and there a soul that seems stamped with a divine seal."

To this, God replied: "To express myself properly, I should employ a language conditioned to my substance. But then, we should return to our eternal positions and you would not understand . . . . What I do recommend to you very strongly is that instead of occupying yourself in bitter investigations, you devote yourself to observing the small cosmos that surrounds you. Carefully register the daily miracle and take beauty to your heart. Receive its ineffable messages and translate them into your tongue . . . . There are so many topics to talk about, that surely in your lifetime you will only manage to discuss very few of them. Let us select the most beautiful subjects."

In "Parable of the Exchange" (1943), a merchant offered to exchange old wives for new, leading all men but the narrator to trade in their spouses. Given the human pressure for conformity, the narrator's inaction had dire consequences at first, before events played themselves out.

In "Small Town Affair" (1952), a man turned slowly into a bull, growing horns, snorting and pawing the ground, and charging at people who stared back. Because he worked as a lawyer, many clients flocked to him at first for his aggressiveness in attack. But eventually life degenerated into a wild fiesta, and he was dragged from the arena.

Some stories were set in the past. One of the most striking of these, "My Daily Bread" (1952), comprised what purported to be extracts from the letters of one of Spain's best-known Baroque poets. It consisted entirely of persistent, wheedling attempts to extract money from his benefactor. An equivalent for Americans might be if, say, Walt Whitman were revealed in his writing to be a whining beggar.

Another, "Sinesius of Rhodes" (1952), mocked the intricacies of medieval religious doctrine, as represented by a theologian who believed angels and demons were the hidden movers behind all human events. What happened to the man in this story was darkly humorous, showing maybe what the passage of time metes out to such beliefs.

Other stories were set in the present but looked backward, such as "On Ballistics" (1952). Here two academics standing on an old battlefield somewhere in Europe discussed what was known about ancient war machines. Among other things, the story seemed to be saying how little we can truly understand the past despite our never-ending attempts and fascination with its trivia, and how little human nature changes.

Some stories satirized the superficial values of contemporary society. "Baby H.P." (1952) took the form of a commercial for an improbable device to be strapped to babies, for the conversion of their nervous energy into electricity. It seemed to mock the desire for ever-increasing improvement and efficiency that some may associate with Latin America's northern neighbor.

"Announcement" (1961) was a public service message promoting a certain type of life-sized doll for the convenience of men: "Our Venuses are guaranteed to give perfect service for ten years -- the average time any wife lasts . . . [each] is provided with a device which only you can violate . . . . She consumes as much electricity as a refrigerator, she can be plugged into any household outlet . . . . When [the use] becomes popularized we will witness the birth of feminine genius, so long awaited. Women, freed then from their traditional erotic obligations, will establish forever in their transitory beauty the pure reign of the spirit." It can be admitted that in this author there was sometimes a hint of misogyny.

For me, the above were by far the most impressive stories in the collection. Some other interesting ones commemorated Villon the poet, or took the form of a diary in which a good-hearted but narrow-minded man gradually came to look beyond society's opinions and decide things for himself. Others were narrated in the first person and went on a bit too long, with no particular point that impressed or was grasped.

Unter dem Schlagwort „Globalisierung“ gibt es in den verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen Fachbereichen eingehende Auseinandersetzungen mit der Thematik, die versuchen dieses Phänomen zu beschreiben und zu analysieren. Im Kern scheint damit heute „die rapide Vermehrung und Verdichtung grenzüberschreitender gesellschaftlicher Interaktionen, die in räumlicher und zeitlicher Hinsicht die nationalen Gesellschaften immer stärker miteinander verkoppeln“ gemeint zu sein. Dies „ermöglicht sowohl eine globale Verbreitung von Gütern, Leistungen, Wissen, Konsumpräferenzen und kulturellen Einstellungen als auch deren Pluralisierung an einem einzigen Ort“. Wir haben es also hier mit einem Prozess zu tun, der tief greifende Veränderungen im globalen zusammen Leben und miteinander Wirtschaften mit sich bringt. Diese globalen Umwälzungen beschränken sich jedoch nicht nur auf das abstrakte, nichtmanifeste Handeln zwischen Menschen, denn menschliches Handeln findet immer in einem räumlichen Kontext statt. Menschen stehen nicht nur in stetiger Interaktion untereinander, sondern auch mit dem Raum, der sie umgibt. Verändern sich die Bedingungen des Handelns, so hat dies auch Auswirkungen auf den Raum. Neue Bedingungen des menschlichen Zusammenlebens, wie beispielsweise durch die Globalisierung, machen sich auch in ihrer räumlichen Dimension bemerkbar. Thema der vorliegenden Arbeit sind die räumlichen Auswirkungen von Investitionen multinationaler Unternehmen in Entwicklungsländern. Es geht in dieser Betrachtung also um die Folgen für den Raum unter der Bedingung der durch die Globalisierung veränderten Bedingungen wirtschaftlichen Handelns. Damit einher, fällt in der Regel der Startschuss für den Wettkampf um das restliche noch verwertbare Schuldnervermögen. Dabei gewinnt grundsätzlich, als Folge des in der ZPO verankerten Prioritätsprinzips (§ 804 III ZPO), derjenige, der vor allen anderen ein Pfandrecht an den verwertbaren Gegenständen erwirbt. Andere Spielregeln gelten dann, wenn über das restliche Schuldnervermögen das Insolvenzverfahren eröffnet wurde. Hierbei wird der Wettlauf der Gläubiger dadurch beendet, indem das Risiko unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeiten gebannt und der Nutzen des Justizsystems gleichmäßig verteilt wird. Dazu schafft das Insolvenzverfahren als Pendant zum Prioritätsprinzip, das Prinzip der gleichmäßigen, quotenmäßigen Befriedigung aller persönlichen Gläubiger (§ 1 S. 1 InsO). Regelmäßig erlangen dabei alle Gläubiger nur einen Bruchteil dessen, was ihnen eigentlich an Forderung zusteht. Anders verhält es sich mit Gläubigern, die dem Insolventen ihrerseits etwas schulden. Diese können ihre Forderungen dadurch befriedigen, dass sie gegen den Anspruch des Schuldners aufrechnen. Dadurch erlangen sie eine, gegenüber allen anderen Insolvenzgläubigern, privilegierte, von der Quote unabhängige Befriedigung. Nunmehr soll es Gegenstand und Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit sein, den teilnehmenden Seminarbeteiligten einen Überblick über das modifizierte Aufrechnungsreglement der InsO zugeben um dadurch einen einfachen Einstieg in das materielle Recht der Aufrechnung in der Insolvenz zu ermöglichen.

Müller/ Thörle 2005: S. 111). Während bspw. die deutschen Fachsprachen bereits weitgehend untersucht wurden (vgl. Schröder 1992: 91), herrscht vor allem für das Spanische noch Handlungsbedarf. Dies gilt vor allem, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Situation der spanischen Fachsprachen sowie der Stand der Fachsprachenforschung in den spanisch sprechenden Ländern Lateinamerikas sogar hemmenden Einfluss auf deren sozioökonomische Entwicklung haben (vgl. Zierer 1982: 90). Die vorliegende Arbeit widmet sich deshalb dem Thema der spanischen Fachsprachen. Als theoretische Grundlage soll in Kapitel 2 zunächst das Konzept der Prager Funktionalstilistik vorgestellt werden. Im Anschluss an die Darstellung der Situation der spanischen Fachsprachen (Kapitel 3) erfolgt in Kapitel 4 dann auf Basis des Ansatzes der Funktionalstilistik eine Analyse von Produktbeschreibungen auf mehreren sprachlichen Ebenen. Mithilfe der Ergebnisse dieser Untersuchungen soll gezeigt werden, dass die für Fachsprachen existierenden Stereotype kritisch zu hinterfragen sind und es nicht dietypischeFachsprache gibt. Vielmehr kann es sich auch dann um Fachsprache handeln, wenn die charakteristischen Tendenzen in sehr unterschiedlichem Maße vorhanden sind.

Schon die vergangenen drei Jahrzehnte versuchte die Politik mit zahlreichen Reformen den Kostenanstieg einzudämmen.
Es gibt nur wenige Wirtschaftbereiche die in solch kurzer Zeit mit so vielen Gesetzesänderungen zu tun hatten, wie das Deutsche Gesundheitssystem. Schlagworte wie Verzahnung, Kooperation oder Vernetzung fielen bereits in den vergangenen Jahren, doch blieb es lediglich bei Gesprächen und Diskussionen.
Anstatt die Strukturen und Anreize des Systems zu verändern, wurde weiterhin eine Budgetierung und Rationierung verfolgt und der entscheidende Durchbruch blieb bis heute aus.
Die Einführung der Integrierten Versorgung (IV) durch die Gesundheitsreform 2000 war keineswegs eine Neuenddeckung für den maroden Gesundheitssektor.
Bereits im Jahr 1973 wurde durch das Institut des Deutschen Gewerkschaftsbundes ein Ausschuss von Wissenschaftlern und Praktikern ins Leben gerufen, mit der Aufgabe, eine Analyse der Notwendigkeit sowie den Möglichkeiten und Grenzen einer integrierten medizinischen Versorgung vorzunehmen. Das Ergebnis war erwartungsgemäß positiv. Doch aufgrund der Beharrlichkeit vieler Leistungsanbieter konnte sich das neue System nicht durchsetzten. [...] Das Ziel der Arbeit ist es, dem Leser eine Übersicht vom System der Integrierten Versorgung
sowie deren mögliche Auswirkungen auf das Deutsche Gesundheitswesen zu verschaffen.
Zu ergänzen ist, dass die unter 5. aufgeführten Gedanken nicht abschließend sind. Zur
Umsetzung des Systems müssen Managementstrukturen aufgebaut werden, wie man sie in der
bisherigen Gesundheitsversorgung noch nicht kennt.
Leider kann aber im Rahmen dieser Arbeit nur ein Abriss über wesentliche Punkte der
Umsetzung gegeben werden.
